Relevant Work

Throughout my career, I've taken on various roles—content creator, social media manager, website developer, graphic designer, photographer, and project manager. I've gained experience across industries including architecture, construction, landscaping, restaurants, country clubs, and hospitality. I'm passionate about introducing my skills to new companies and continually expanding my expertise.

Website Developer and Manager

During my time at BG Capital, I was given the opportunity to create their website from scratch. I spent months teaching myself how to use WordPress and how utilize the best UX/UI tools which I am now well versed in. The website now best illustrates their multi-million dollar business and project portfolio.

Social Media Coordinator

I built BG Capital’s Instagram and LinkedIn from the ground up. By developing competitive analyses, I was able to create strategic content calendars and ideas to attract our target audience. I use my Canon Rebel T7 to take professional shots of our properties and construction sites, and use Adobe Suite and Canva to make graphic content. Below are some digital and print ads, social media graphics, and photos from construction and property visits.

Social Media Manager

I began as a waitress at Seaport Pier and automatically saw the influence I could have on the place. I took initiative to take over their social media accounts and display the pier’s vibrant, playful, and energetic environment. After consistently posting, the brand awareness and customer engagement was established. I promoted fundraisers, concerts, reunions, and food and drink specials.

If there’s one thing we learned from 2020, it is that you have to adapt to change.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, it affected the whole world around us. It also changed the restaurant and bar industry forever. While restaurants had to adapt quickly, so did customers. Customers relied heavily on social media for information from local businesses, so I took advantage of this. I promoted the safe precautions that Seaport Pier put into place to ensure a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience while visiting. Keeping customers up to date during these times was absolutely crucial for businesses too succeed. Check out some of the social media posts I took during summer 2020 and 2021 to keep the community and vacationers engaged.

Working with Barefoot Country Music Fest

Seaport Pier, being a sponsor for the Barefoot Country Music Fest, gave me the opportunity to create social media posts for give aways and to promote the after party at the pier. This beach front festival hosted famous artists like Carrie Underwood, Lynrd Skynrd, and Zac Brown Band.

Step to Remember 9/11 Fundraiser

In March of 2021, I was asked to plan a 9/11 fundraiser event to be held at Seaport Pier. I partnered with the following non-profits: Travis Manion Foundation, Tuesdays Children, The Wounded Warrior Project, and Tunnel to Tower Foundation. Together, we planned a stair climb challenge for participants to commemorate our fallen firefighters. I controlled registration, communicating with nonprofits and outside partners, and creating marketing materials.

Irish Weekend 2022 Promo

I has the pleasure of filming the Jamison Celtic Rock band’s Irish weekend 2022 promo at Seaport Pier. This promo was featured on their social media accounts to gather people all over the island to meet at the pier during the Irish Festival.

Melrose Country Club

As a subsidiary of BG Capital, I was given the opportunity to rebrand the Melrose Country Club located in Cheltenham, PA. I created and managed their website and controlled its Instagram and Facebook account. I also created marketing materials such as business cards, signs, and posters to be placed on golf carts and around the club.

Cradles to Crayon Wining Pitch

Fall 2021

I lead the student run ad agency, Urban 22, to execute a pitch to the non-profit, Cradles To Crayon. After long hours of thinking, creating, sharing, researching, and planning, we presented the winning pitch among a panel of judges.

Cradles to Crayons provides clothing and school supplies for children living in low income communities surrounding the Philadelphia region. Our task was to build brand awareness, increase community engagement, and promote the newly launched donation hubs in selected locations. Our final creative focused on convincing our target audience how convenient it is to donate to children’s clothes to local clothing hubs. By simply donating gently used or new children’s clothes and supplies, you give them the confidence they need to color their own world.

As a leader and researcher on this team, I also created some social posts to promote our big idea. See images below!
